Staying in Yercaud (or nearby)
If on-venue stay is sold out (or if you prefer other options), you can stay in Yercaud town or nearby properties and travel to the expo and race venue.
- Yercaud town (20 kms ~30 mins driving time from Heavens Ledge, Bison Ultra venue) town has multiple hotels, resorts, and homestays across budgets.
- Please plan your own transport to/from the venue (especially for early starts).

Stay options at Gowri Estates (race venue):
- Heavens Ledge Campsite - SOLD OUT for 2026. Luxury tents (most popular), situated at the Expo/finish location for convenience on race weekend.
Last Shola Cottages — Cottage-style rooms near the estate.Not available for 2026 due to renovation work
Slots are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book early.
Runners not staying in the property & visitors
If you are not staying on-property or are a visitor, you may pre-book meals (lunch/dinner) during the expo day. Contact the property manager / booking team for meal pre-booking and access details.
Important notes and rules
- Booking responsibility: The Bison Ultra organising team does not handle room allocation, payments, confirmations, refunds, cancellations, or disputes — bookings are managed by the property owners / booking provider. Runners book directly and take complete responsibility.
- All runners and guests must comply with the property safety rules and the race T&Cs.
How to book (Heaven's Ledge at Gowri Estates)
Gowri Estates (race venue) has two properties: Heavens Ledge tents and Last Shola Cottages.
For 2026, Heaven's Ledge accommodation is SOLD OUT.
Last Shola Cottages remain unavailable due to renovation work.
