Dear Bison Ultra runner,

Bison Ultra is our quieter, estate-trail sibling to OOTYULTRA — an intimate trail experience through the Shevaroy Hills where every climb is earned and every view is a reward.

If you also follow OOTYULTRA: the 9th edition is on 22-Mar-2026 (Sunday) with 90k, 75k, 60k, 50k, 30k, and 15k distances. You can register here: ootyultra.com/register.

This year we return to Gowri Estates with limited on-venue stay capacity and a focused race-weekend experience at Heavens Ledge. If you’re new to trail ultras, come prepared, pace with patience, and lean on the community.

Use this checklist before you register so you can pick the right category and complete registration smoothly.

Choose your distance

Select your category carefully. Review categories, cut-offs, and key details on the Distances page.

Qualification

Each distance has published qualification criteria. Keep your proof/details ready during registration, and submit within the qualification window where applicable. For qualification-based categories, if valid qualification is not submitted and accepted by 10-May-2026, the entry will be cancelled on 11-May-2026 and the applicable refund will be processed only as per the T&C refund policy.

Important reminders

  • Please review the race rules & T&Cs before registering. Cancellation, qualification, and refund outcomes are governed only by the published T&Cs.
  • Regular registration closes on 30-Apr-2026.
  • The early bird discount of Rs. 300 per ticket ended on 31-Jan-2026.
  • Group registration discount: 10% discount, subject to availability, for groups of 10 runners and above registering on or before 31-Jan-2026. Please write to info@bisonultra.com for support.

Bison Ultra Personalized Finisher Medal

The personalised finisher medals are made with the Bison Ultra logo hand painted, with the runner’s name and distance tagged on to it. Medals are awarded subject to finishing the race within the cut-off time.
