Starts at 6 AM, climbs through coffee estates and ridges, with long runnable descents in the second half. Pacing discipline is critical at this distance.

  • Aid every ~8–10K with water, salts, basics; carry 1L minimum and weather shell.
  • Ideal prep: hill repeats + back-to-back long runs to mimic estate gradients.

45K • Classic Mountain Loop

A solid ultra distance—a mix of climbs, flat estate sections, and descents.

  • Focus on downhill form and poles (optional) for sustained control.

A step beyond the half marathon on technical trail terrain.

  • Practice hiking cadence—efficient power hikes save the quads.

A good entry point into trail running with manageable elevation and strong course support.
